And it's most definitely more racy and masculine than the prior Volkswagen "new Beetle" was.

According to the NY Times coverage of the unveiling event earlier today, "the designers revisited the profile of Ferdinand Porsche’s original car...what makes the car look more macho is its wheels — striking 10-spoke wheels up to 19 inches wide. Big wheels are masculine, and VW designers subscribed to the conventional thinking here."
