Oops of the Week: Chevrolet Malibu

I almost wrote Malibou, I've been thinking about stopping by Caribou Coffee lately ^_^;

Car and Driver shares with us that apparently, Chevy accidentally released a full photo of the 2012 Malibu on their media page...before their planned, big-to-do HD video reveal/launch.

The car looks great by the way. It has a nice front grille, a little more of a downward leaning angle towards the front which gives it a little BMW-esque or Cadillac-esqye aggressive stance.

I see many second-hand Malibus out there as they're sturdy cars that run a little high and people tend to go for them once the've had a once over by someone else. I can see, if the interior and the engine are strong contenders, that this car could move up the ranks to compete with some lower-end Luxury brand offerings.

Meanwhile, Chevy needs to check which intern did the snafu. Someone'll certainly get a slap on the wrist over this one!
